Pros

Currently, there are no positive indicators or signs of improvement for the future.

Cons

They keep making bad calls and cutting individual contributors, even though it’s obvious the real problem is the executive team. The only way the company can turn things around is by bringing in NEW leadership that actually knows what they’re doing. It’s incredibly frustrating to see so many good people lose their jobs because of the executives’ lack of experience and vision. The mess and downward spiral the company is in rests squarely on their shoulders.
