Pros

I have been working at EverCommerce for 7 months now and have had a great experience overall. The company culture is incredible and creates such a positive work environment. My position works fully remote and that is a great pro to working for EverCommerce and working with teams from all around the US, Canada and other countries. The company also offers flexible time off which is a bonus. I have been able to grow within my role in just the past few months and have had a lot of opportunity to be creative in my role and work on my own projects. Love working here and highly recommend!

Cons

I don't really have any cons about working here so far. I do think the onboarding and training process could be extended but besides that it has all been good.

I work in the EverHealth division. Colleagues are friendly and quick to help. Diversity is a founding value--and for a guy not so much on that bandwagon (due to the political bent) I am astonished that this company walks their talk. Diversity of thought is protected and respected. I really admire this. Managers are communicative and and eager to help you succeed. There is a sense of ownership at all levels. This traces back to another founding value that everyone wins or loses together. It's the primary reason I pursued this company and they walk the talk here as well. Collaboration between all levels is fantastic. I've not encountered any "silos" among teams or groups which reflects well on both the leadership and the people.

Cons

Products need some help. But there's always a difference between the way a product looks through the lens of marketing vs customers. This is normal and expected. To be fair--the company is investing in the products and paying attention to customer feedback which is encouraging.
