Pros

Lots of opportunity to learn and grow within your role!The environment is super fast-paced, but the team is really supportive and willing to help each other out. I love the challenges that come with my job and that I've had the ability to take on new responsibilities outside of my job description! We're at a pretty cool point in our company's history, so I'm really excited to be apart of the team.

Cons

Be prepared to work some longer days and some weekends as well. I personally don't mind, because the work keeps me interested and engaged and I love the people I work with. Just want to note it though, since a 40+ hour work week isn't for everyone.

Pros

I work in the EverHealth division. Colleagues are friendly and quick to help. Diversity is a founding value--and for a guy not so much on that bandwagon (due to the political bent) I am astonished that this company walks their talk. Diversity of thought is protected and respected. I really admire this. Managers are communicative and and eager to help you succeed. There is a sense of ownership at all levels. This traces back to another founding value that everyone wins or loses together. It's the primary reason I pursued this company and they walk the talk here as well. Collaboration between all levels is fantastic. I've not encountered any "silos" among teams or groups which reflects well on both the leadership and the people.

Cons

Products need some help. But there's always a difference between the way a product looks through the lens of marketing vs customers. This is normal and expected. To be fair--the company is investing in the products and paying attention to customer feedback which is encouraging.
