Remote first culture. Cool people to work with. Good work life balance

Cons

I have never worked for a cheaper company. When a company doesn't offer bonuses, pays peanuts and lays off people because they didn't hit their targets? The swag I received when I signed on was an over sized T shirt and a water bottle. Oh wait, they also sent me useless flash cards for work inspiration. I have never met anyone in my team in person because they don't believe in team building. There is no diversity in the company, dominated by white males.

I work in the EverHealth division. Colleagues are friendly and quick to help. Diversity is a founding value--and for a guy not so much on that bandwagon (due to the political bent) I am astonished that this company walks their talk. Diversity of thought is protected and respected. I really admire this. Managers are communicative and and eager to help you succeed. There is a sense of ownership at all levels. This traces back to another founding value that everyone wins or loses together. It's the primary reason I pursued this company and they walk the talk here as well. Collaboration between all levels is fantastic. I've not encountered any "silos" among teams or groups which reflects well on both the leadership and the people.

Cons

Products need some help. But there's always a difference between the way a product looks through the lens of marketing vs customers. This is normal and expected. To be fair--the company is investing in the products and paying attention to customer feedback which is encouraging.
