Pros
Apex is a great place to work! The company has instilled internal values of doing the right thing and making others better and is always looking at ways to improve. We have seen a lot of growth and it has been rewarding to see Apex continue to hold a higher standard for quality service and support for our contracting workforce, clients and internal employees.
Cons
Super competitive industry which can make the ramp up challenging for sales focused roles and recruiters however Apex does offer a robust training program and a number of other support tools to help.
