Below average base pay that at some point is just not competitive anymore ( I have seen a lot of people leave for better paying recruiter positions after 6 months to a year at Apex), They do provide benefits but you have to pay for the enhanced package to make it worth it (they also say they offer pet insurance but not really they just reference an outside company) , very performance based, its all about your call numbers - if you don't average 40+ a day managers assume you are not doing your job. I think its really important that potential applicants know this.
