Nice people. Nice work environment. Good technology and resources to make recruiting somewhat easier.
Cons
Like any other recruiting firm, business development is key. At the end of the day it's a sales organization. For best results, you should have 25 open reqs at any given time. If you're an in-house recruiter thinking of making a change..........stay put.
