Pros

As you can tell by the other reviews, there are a lot of perks for working at CyberCoders. Free food, awesome events, a game room... But if you're there to actually work... It's a pretty bad place.

Cons

Zero management. The executive management team (CEO and CTO) are oblivious to the things happening in their own company and when confronted about them, they say they will fix them but instead sweep them under the rug. As far as the 1% turn over, that is a lie. The company had at least 15 people quit in 2012 (not fired), one after just 3 days. If you are considering working there, know that it looks amazing from the outside and will seem that way for the first few months. After that, you will realize that there is nowhere to go.

Pros

Remote work. Unlimited time off. Flexible schedule.

Cons

A lot of organization changes. Not a lot of team culture in a remote setting. Compensation changes. No communication of company wide changes.
