Pros
Great company! I’ve worked for ECS for the past few years. The leadership team truly cares about ECS personnel and customer missions. With personal goals to pursue corporate leadership roles, I have found the organization to be very supportive of my career goals and considering me for opportunities as they become available.
Cons
Nothing significant. Being a contractor in general can be hard due to contract turnover. However, ECS works to ease transition impact.
