Pros
Some of the contractual work awarded is interesting and cutting edge.
Cons
There's a huge disconnect between lines of business across the firm. They have acquired lots of other companies but have been unable to create a cohesive company culture that bridges the gap. There's little transparency on promotion potential, career growth, annual salary reviews and the subsequent salary adjustments are on average around 2% and bonuses are non existent for most. For a tech-focused company their internal processes are outdated, cumbersome, and redundant. IT security often inhibits collaboration across firms and clients, and tools, sites/links, and programs are often blocked requiring approvals adding extra work on top of day to day delivery. Senior management is out of touch, often offering anecdotes that demonstrate that being accountable to shareholders is beneficial to those at the top but that doesn't trickle down to most employees.
