Pros

If you are lucky enough to have a manger with leadership skills it is a good place to work. They are likely to provide an umbrella to keep you from seeing too much of the bad management going on around you. Comfortable work attire. Jeans allowed every day.

Cons

One of the companies merged to create this one, lost benefits without warning. Lots of work in a vacuum, you just suddenly can no longer do what you did yesterday. Some really bad management style, if you don't like someone treat them very poorly so they will quit. Especially the ones protected by certain agreements. Complete lack of transparency. Org chart changes overnight without any announcements. Managers failing to budget for FTE so those employees have to find their own funding sources to bill to. Work life balance is being eroded. The vision statement is written to be the best place to work only for those employees they need/want. There is a distinct lack of vision. There is a statement but nothing is tied back to it. Very reactive instead of proactive. Managers in many areas micromanage the minutiae and fail to do their management jobs. Work is silo'd to the point that every one just checks their box & refuses to ask questions. If they do it is bad for them. Managers name calling.
