Pros
Your coworkers. That's about it. On some teams you can still get some training but not all.
Cons
Most everything else. All about the shareholders and all the new c-suite hired after an investment company managed to get multiple board members hired on. They are still pushing people to quit by making the job miserable. Do more with less and less and less. Major changes to policies in short time frames with no warning. Benefits removed at a moment's notice. But they keep hiring more senior leadership. Money used to go back into the infrastructure but not any more. Now it goes into shareholders pockets.
