Micro-management is not tolerated as part of our company culture. However, we do recognize that some managers need to be directly involved in day-to-day work, while other managers can allow greater autonomy. The level of management engagement varies greatly depending on the needs of each team. We believe in empowering our Everlys, which is reflected in our core competencies.
Our turnover rate is far lower than national averages; while national averages are around 3% monthly, we are currently around 1% for the year to date. We work hard to retain top talent and make Everly Health a great place to work.
