In 2022, our leadership team is committed to continuing to grow our teams, further developing our people leaders, and establishing the processes and disciplines to work together cross-functionally.
While we do pay competitively based on industry-leading market studies, this year we aim to further integrate the compensation philosophies across the large and diverse employee groups who joined the company in 2021.
