Everly Health has been an awesome place to work, and I have been here through a record busy year that did unfortunately include layoffs. However, I will say, that if you’re looking for a company where you can tackle meaningful projects, collaborate with smart and driven people, and grow professionally with demonstrated commitment, this is the place. Some of the highlights: Amazing coworkers – Super smart, accountable, efficient, showing gratitude and sharing recognition. Supportive leadership – My experience with our leadership team is that they are experts in their fields - business, healthcare, tech, marketing, and more. They focus on setting up for success and making sure teams recognize central goals. Great culture – The work environment is fast paced, productive, and there's a real sense of teamwork. Everyone I've worked with is accountable. Workforce – Mix of remote and hybrid workforce - all engaged. Awesome Austin office perks – If you’re local, the office is great, and the fully stocked kitchen doesn’t hurt!
Cons
The work here is engaging, and it’s easy to get caught up in the momentum. That can make it tough to fully disconnect at times. Even with the fast pace, there's a strong effort to keep work-life balance in check. The company culture supports efficiency during work hours, so expectations for after-hours work are reasonable. The company has gone through some changes as it’s evolved. That kind of growth comes with some uncertainty and workforce changes that are part of a shift, but leadership has been transparent and focused on long-term success. I have seen better support with reductions or policy changes in this work environment than in any others I've been in prior.
