Pros

Working from home is cool.

Cons

Lost our PTO purchase plan after switching to Everon. Always seeing employees come and go. High turn over. New employees have little to no training. Minimal holidays. Gave us black Friday for a few years and now discontinuing it going forward. Used to have great 401k match. Now not so great. A lot of unknowns after switching to Everon. A lot of teams are confused and lost. Lack of communication is huge. Changed ordering systems. Few months in and still working kinks and makes work less productive.

Pros

The company cares deeply about the experience of both their customers and employees. Like most companies, they have defined core values (Core Excellence Drivers), but they actually strive to achieve them here. Employees are directly highlighted in 1 of those 5 core values. The teams on the Operations side of the business communicate and work extremely well together. This company is the best I have ever worked for and it genuinely feels like a family.

Cons

Benefits are very expensive, at least in my opinion, especially for those with a family. Other than that, it is apparent that Everon really thinks about and considers what the employee experience is like, and strives to make it the best workplace they can.

Pros

There are great people to work and grow with at local offices and good product to meet customer needs.

Cons

Not sure it is the same in other districts, but here in AZ district, there is a clear double standard, sever micromanaging and being verbally threatened by the manager running it daily. There has been a lot of recent turnover due to this, most people won't say anything due to fear of retaliation and overall morale is in the dumps. It is hard to continue to build something knowing that 1 individual only views numbers on a report and not the people behind it.
