Pros
Awesome benefits- even to part time employees such as paid time off, tuition reimbursement, healthcare that's AWESOME. Still has sales goals like other financial institutions, but not too pushy about it. Very fair. Has managers that care (at least at my branch) about my success and development. Most people I've met want and encourage growth throughout the company. Lots of opportunities to move up. very flexible when it comes to schedules, I am a full time college student and they make many accommodations for me without any complaint. Also you are rewarded mostly for your success (again, at least at my branch).
Cons
Executive management to do not seem to care about what lower level empoyees have to say. Dress code is somewhat restricting of individuality and VERY old fashion. Panty hose required (EW). No finger nail polish colors other than red and neutral colors and no designs. Just stupid petty stuff...
