Without a doubt, one of the best qualities of this company is the wonderful attitudes of everyone working here. This isn't the kind of place where you are afraid to step on somebody's toes; the upper level staff let everyone know just how valuable everyone is. This is a company that cares about the well-being of not only their clients, but their employees as well. Company social activities remind us that work doesn't have to be a head down into the grind type of situation. Most importantly, my favorite quality about this company is the tremendous amount of support our coworkers give to one another.

Cons

There aren't many negatives in my experience. The benefits are average. Perhaps a 401k will find itself here in the future. I believe there will be chances for personal growth, I believe that by personal growth, professional growth is what is meant. I hope more opportunities for change will come by, but I understand that there is a time factor when it comes to things like promotion and increases.

Thank you so much for your feedback! Your words are very much valued and appreciate your constructive advice. We have previously had a 401K however employees were not contributing. Our goal is to revisit this type of benefit in the future and see if we would have more employees contributing. In addition, I want to share that the Every Child Achieves program is strictly tied to regional center funding therefore we cannot market outside that program. Our sister-companies have other forms of funding sources therefore we are able to address marketing for those programs outside of regional centers. Must be independent, driven, ambitious as you are largely working alone Progress reports every 6 months time consuming Treatment rate different than administrative rate, need to do math to figure out how much you will be making
