My colleagues are, to a person, smart, friendly, and deeply intellectually curious. The culture is positive and supportive, the work is challenging and varied, andi t is a real opportunity to to change healthcare in America for the better. Benefits are strong, the new office is beautiful, and the company is small, but growing rapidly. Excellent team, excellent place to work.
Cons
Flipside of the challenge and rapid expansion is long-hours and short deadlines. Despite a leadership push to reduce the frequency of both, they are hard to avoid. There is a strong cultural appreciation for work-life balance (everyone takes vacations, leaves early if they need to), but the realities of the business mean that you should expect some late-nights and weekend work.
