Pros
-Some of the most talented coworkers I have ever come across, it can almost be intimidating. People come from the top tier consulting firms, hospitals, etc. -People here genuinely strive to and believe that they are helping to change the way health care is delivered in the US and it is very inspiring and rewarding. -Great culture and benefits - open concept office, healthy snacks in the kitchen, treadmill desks, collaborative team rooms, ample PTO and flexible schedule
Cons
-Since they are such a new company, Evolent is still trying to figure out some of its procedures, teams, and job descriptions, but there is more effort put to these causes than at other very established companies I have worked.
