Workplace culture has deteriorated significantly following multiple rounds of layoffs. Many employees appear to be operating from a place of uncertainty, which has contributed to increased tension. Disrespectful communication between coworkers and departments is common and often goes unaddressed. Collaboration can feel challenging when interactions are frequently defensive and confrontational. When company goals are not met, there is a tendency toward blame-shifting rather than problem-solving.
