Pros

-Easy job almost anyone can do. -Not physically demanding. -You will find some great and fun people there.

Cons

-Policies and standards that are very gender based specially for women which feels almost sexist. -Company is very suppressive in terms of employees expressing their selves and personality. -You are not cared for or appreciated, higher ups do not care about anything but their own performance and company profits. -Management is in shambles. -Their "growth opportunities" is simply a lie, employees with years lots of experience and years in Evolution have not been able to get promotion or a full time position. -There is not much of transparency between higher ups and employees, you will never know what will happen next for you, they will most likely will respond with "Very soon" or "It will happen soon" -Some(not all) managers have favoritism, which means if they don't like you at some point they will find reason to make you leave their team or either the company. -You must be a robot or you will receive negative evaluation or violation. -This job and this company will hurt your mental health very fast and very easy. some of game presenters have left due to this reason. they literally made them cry. -No one likes to work there, they do only because they have to pay for their expenses. -Many people quit the job or are planning to do. -They hire more outsiders than promoting the ones in the company.

Pros

Supportive coworkers…interesting line of work. Okay salary, overtime guaranteed if needed.

Cons

Very strict, can be exhausting especially overnights. At times could deal with changes and break pushbacks mid shift. Feels like nothing is really planned ahead of time and is done on a whim. Prone to being understaffed overnight and leads to burnout quickly especially during holidays. Strict when it comes to your mistakes, but not their own, for example I was relieved 15 minutes into a 30 minute break, and informed there wasn’t anything they could do about it nor could I get my full 30 at that time and was expected to come back after 15 minutes passed and wait for my next break, yet when I arrived 5 minutes late from a break for the bathroom, I was written up. Disorganized. Don’t recommend overnight unless it’s your cup of tea.
