Pros

Evolution offers a flexible work schedule that allows you to balance your personal life and professional commitments effectively. Remote Work Opportunities: The company provides the option to work remotely, giving you the convenience of working from home or any location of your choice. Remote work helps in saving commuting time and costs, allowing for a more comfortable and productive work environment. Evolution boasts a friendly and supportive work atmosphere where colleagues are approachable and helpful.

Cons

Disrespectful Managers in Other Departments: Employees have reported instances of disrespectful behavior from managers in other departments, which can create a challenging and uncomfortable work environment. Lack of interdepartmental respect and communication can hinder collaboration and overall job satisfaction. Stressful Working Culture: The working culture at Evolution can be very stressful, with high pressure to meet performance targets and deadlines. The stress levels can lead to burnout and negatively impact mental and physical health. Lack of Recognition: Many employees feel that their contributions are not valued, and they do not receive adequate recognition for their hard work. This lack of appreciation can lead to low morale and a feeling of being undervalued within the company.

Pros

Supportive coworkers…interesting line of work. Okay salary, overtime guaranteed if needed.

Cons

Very strict, can be exhausting especially overnights. At times could deal with changes and break pushbacks mid shift. Feels like nothing is really planned ahead of time and is done on a whim. Prone to being understaffed overnight and leads to burnout quickly especially during holidays. Strict when it comes to your mistakes, but not their own, for example I was relieved 15 minutes into a 30 minute break, and informed there wasn’t anything they could do about it nor could I get my full 30 at that time and was expected to come back after 15 minutes passed and wait for my next break, yet when I arrived 5 minutes late from a break for the bathroom, I was written up. Disorganized. Don’t recommend overnight unless it’s your cup of tea.

As a 24/7 operation, we carefully plan staffing based on business needs, but unexpected call-outs and attendance challenges sometimes require us to adjust staffing in real time to ensure we continue delivering a seamless experience for our customers. We appreciate the dedication and flexibility of our team members and are always looking for ways to improve the employee experience while balancing operational demand.
