After 6 years with Evolver (Commercial), I requested support from my account manager and HR rep with a client manager who was, himself, violating his company's policies and standards around security and compliance, but also pressuring me to do the same. Evolver staff didn't support me when the manager retaliated, I assume because their financial relationship with this client manager is more important than me. No annual reviews (despite promising them in the offer letter) No raises (including no market nor cost of living adjustments) No advancement opportunities Poor PTO plan
