Pros

I have mixed feelings about my experience working here. On one hand, I appreciate the company's dedication to delivering high-quality work and their focus on client satisfaction. On the other hand, I'm frustrated by the slow pace of change and the tendency to overload employees with projects.

Cons

Despite challenges with antiquated leadership models, I still believe that the company has a lot of potential. The team is talented and dedicated, and I've learned a lot from my colleagues during my time here. However, I do think that the company could benefit from a more open-minded approach to change and a greater emphasis on work-life balance.

good place to start your career but all dependent to what studio you're placed in because once you're in it, you're stuck. exposure to very talented architects and engineers. new office redesign is a major improvement.

Cons

worried about new leadership and seems like the company may be going backwards. stagnant design culture, seems like not enough work is being won and layoffs feel like they are always around the corner. lower tier of salary in the area and raises are consistently minimum, even for those who work hard. multiple personalities in high positions that create unprofessional and uncomfortable work environments.
