Pros
Pay, benefits, wfh two days/week (usually).
Cons
Very top-down work environment, extremely dry office culture, does not listen to the employees, office makes cheap decisions regarding programs/employee growth and wellness, etc… long hours expected, design is not great - especially for how serious and micro-managing people can be, office is very outdated, vending machines in the buildings have mostly junk food, office provided coffee is very poor quality. I left this company due to mostly the lack of organization and micro-management. I think the management team at this company needs training - very outdated management style and culture. This list could easily double in length. There are many great people at this firm, but the office culture and management does not allow for a better environment for people to flourish.
