Promotion opportunities may be limited as a result of an abundance of seasoned employees within the organization. Payment is not the best in market.

Pros

Do not work here. Keep interviewing, find somewhere else. Other departments might be OK, but not the finance department.

Cons

Constant late nights, mgmt didnt care at all. When you run a report you couldnt trust the numbers so would have to spend hours checking everything, which led to late nights. Zero training. I cant stress enough how horrible the mgmt was. you do not want to work here, period.
