      Employees are paid very well. Stocks were given to employees which was a very huge pro. It is a very fast growing company domestically and internationally.

      Cons

      I really do not have any cons. This is a very good company. I would recommend this company to anyone.

      Pros

      Very flexible job and amazing staff. It’s completely different and great for clinical staff who desperately need a change from the toxic bedside life.

      Cons

      Low pay than expected but it’s workable.

      So much mandatory overtime. Hardly given a complete weekend off. There is hardly time to rest and recharge.
