micro manage, long working hours, expect to work on weekends and nights, no team work. They do not allow even talking to other co-workers, expect you to work the whole 9 -10 hours (yes you will not be working 8 hours) head down. No work life balance. They certainly do not care about you or your family. All they want is someone obey the management order, and work like a dog.
