Too many to name. Good ole boy system - upper management doesn’t take your feedback into consideration. Crooked directors that are only interested in moving up and will step on anyone in the process. Cliques are rampant and if you’re not part of “the chosen few”, your opinion doesn’t matter. God forbid you think for yourself and voice your own opinion, you’ll be plagued for the duration of your employment there and your days will be minimal. Human Resources would be a great outlet if they actually did something about complaints. This company is the epitome of unprofessionalism.
