Pros
The people are amazing which is why a lot of people are still there despite not liking it. You know the impact it has when you're one person down and don't want to leave others in an even worse position
Cons
Not enough staff - IT systems are not competent for the volumes and cause a lot of errors - if your face fits culture - no sick pay!!! - Have to work over christmas and new year (apart from bank holidays) despite most of our clients being off at that time; its all about revenue despite them already making a fortune. Little progression.
