Pros
Able to work from home during COVID. Built nice relationships with attorneys and doctors.
Cons
Pay is terrible. Company used COVID as an excuse for small wage increase, received a .50 cent raise after 2 years. I was told company was tight on money because of the pandemic, even though they were still having profitable year. Bonuses are rare and tiny. No 401k match.
