Pros
I have a lot to write about the company and the management's strategy to achieve big in-terms of employee satisfaction. Few are listed below, 1) Good platform to learn for both freshers and experienced resources. There is a lot of focus on training when someone joins the company. 2) A pretty good option to work for such a reputed organization for both the technical and supporting roles. The company is also both into Service and product base with a tremendous number of on-going projects throughout the year. Most of the clients are from US and central America. 3) Management keeps recognizing the employee's hard work and offers rewards for the recognition on a quarterly basis. 4) We have an absolutely good and friendly environment in the office which is a great stress buster for someone who needs support. 5) The welfare of the employees is also considered. Employees are provided with opportunities to learn and grow, to do the required certifications which company pays for it. 6) Regarding the on-site opportunities, forget about the experienced people. Even the freshers who continue close to 2 years will definitely meet the customer base on-site in US and Central America. 7) I have seen a couple of negative reviews here. I don't understand when people be more matured and please don't expect everything from any employers, especially to pay for your entertainment. If someone couldn't sustain here they might never be a fit into the software industry. The quality of your thinking determines the quality of your lives!!!!
Cons
EGS does very well in all the aspects which are focused. Employee's trust is more important which the team has plenty. So no Cons at this time.
