Pros

There are so many cons that is hard to find a pro to work on this company. Good employee relations

Cons

As mentioned above this company has so many problems that it can't be fixed by merely commenting on one situation. Based on personal experience; some employees career growth is non existent and only the people who have manager/employee relationship outside of work are privileged to get ahead on the company. Own employee credentials are usually overlooked because the managers believe they know everything they need to know about their employees and manipulate them in any way possible to obtain some value. Company constantly lies to employees and clients all together in order to achieve the managers own gain. Management is the only one with any decision and most of their will is what is seen at the end of the year. Company is in complete denial because most if not all of it's employees are unhappy and instead of listening to their comments the company rather belief that the employee has no idea on how the company should be handled. Used to be an open door management but is a closed group that gets all the benefits and actually listen. Unless you are in the privilege few, you don't really matter in the company. People are moved between projects because a manager believes that he or she is a fit for the position without even looking at the employees credentials and when actual opportunities are available with the employees skill, anything is done to please the manager and not the employee. This creates an environment where you are not in control of your own career but in fact the managers do and make anything at their convenience. Employees which have been successful are not considered to grow because the management group wants them to continue working and others which have no skill set are even promoted or allowed to do nothing just based on the fact that they have limited skills. An employee is not allowed to learn for the benefit of the company and when opportunities are available to certificate or add value to this person, it is up to the manager to decide up to the point that any lie is given and I quote: " We are not suppose to school you" mentality has been said. While other with less credentials are given anything thanks to their relationship with their manager.

Pros

Communication with leadership has been clear and supportive, and I’ve had the flexibility I need to be successful in my role. I also appreciate that my contributions are recognized even as a contractor, which isn’t always the case at other companies.

Cons

Access to certain internal tools or updates can be slower for contractors, but it hasn’t impacted my ability to do the work.

Pros

- was offered a bagel right after getting fired, and disclosing my assault from another employee. "Bagel Friday," right?

Cons

- I worked here until 2015. Micromanaging galore. using only emails as correspondence while sitting right next to an employee. being told to do things outside of my job description, like make dozens of booklets. told to "fake it until you make it" in terms of numbers. literally assaulted by a coworker at a coworkers birthday party, and told there was nothing they could do about it since it wasnt a company event. was told I was "milking" taking care of my mother who literally almost died, which lead to a crippling depression for me. Oh! and employees were instructed by management to leave positive glassdoor reviews!! omg omg stay away.
