Pros
High visibility projects - good for obtain new skills quickly. Excellent R-D group but unfortunately not supported by management for the benefit of the production of standard products close to being obsoleted.
Cons
Bad atmosphere. Very poor process team leader with any scientist knowledge. Intimidation from the leader and DRH. Several scientists have left since the last DRH guy has been hired. Not the good place to be innovative because stop by the priority of production.
