Pros

Solid company that has the needed ingredients to continue growing at a rapid rate. Adding more formal organization to projects and structures, which I appreciate. Vacation is on the generous side for employees in USA.

Cons

Not surprisingly, my job felt far more personal before being acquired by Excelitas. While the aforementioned formality has its benefits, some of it ends up just being bureaucracy.
