Pros
It's a good "starter" job for someone straight out of school looking for experience. They sell a lot of arts and crafts supplies, and they usually give you reasons to play with them a few times a year.
Cons
Management is pretty settled in their ways and aren't truly open to new ideas. Oh, they say they are, but everything always stays as it was. If you're not a manager, your ideas are worthless. They also tend to make excuses for the poor performance of some long-time employees. Longterm potential is pretty much zero. The company has no intention of ever giving anyone a raise. Although rumor has it that the managers are fed bonuses regularly. The rest of the employees are just lucky to have jobs. It's true that a lot of people have been there for 10+ years, but most of the new employees that come into the company leave within two years or so after seeing that it's a complete dead end for a career. Despite a recent facelift, the backend of their websites are all stuck in about 2003, which severely limits online growth potential.
