      Impactful business, lots of new experiences, laid back most of the time. Fun coworkers, flexible scheduling. Met lots of new people

      Low Pay, high responsibilities, asked to work a lot outside of schedule, low reliability, high turnover rate, low amount of training, high amount of improvisation.

      EPI provides great training and opportunities for advancement. They treat clients/persons served with dignity and respect and they cared about me as a person.

      It's can be hard work - emotionally and physically.

      There needs to be better staff to supervisor advocacy. Staff need greater input on what goes on the ground and how work gets done.
