      Good coworkers, decent pay, a good place to grow as a person.

      Cons

      There needs to be better staff to supervisor advocacy. Staff need greater input on what goes on the ground and how work gets done.

      EPI provides great training and opportunities for advancement. They treat clients/persons served with dignity and respect and they cared about me as a person.

      Cons

      It's can be hard work - emotionally and physically.

      All of the work is local to the cedar valley.

      Cons

      Heavy reliance on IT staff to do drive to sites to restart a router because staff refuses to do it. Security Administrator for the organization is not exempt from this.
