      Pros

      Great individuals and co-staff to work with. Pay is good. Unlimited overtime. Benefits are awesome.

      Cons

      Upper management is the worst I've seen. Treat people horribly, always firing or forcing people to quit for simple mistakes. Expected to be "on call" 4 weekends per year. When your off u get tons of calls/texts to cover open shifts. There's always trainings to go to or do online.

      Pros

      EPI provides great training and opportunities for advancement. They treat clients/persons served with dignity and respect and they cared about me as a person.

      Cons

      It's can be hard work - emotionally and physically.

      Good coworkers, decent pay, a good place to grow as a person.

      Cons

      There needs to be better staff to supervisor advocacy. Staff need greater input on what goes on the ground and how work gets done.
