Lots of favoritism. Management tends to be arrogant and oppressive. Very little work-life balance of you're not an executive. Promotions are given based on who you know as opposed to what you know. The most talented people are hidden and stuck because they keep the company afloat while the upper tiers are populated by untalented sycophants. Can't imagine working there today. The blame culture and the lack of transparency are demoralizing to all but a few. Senior management can't be trusted as evidenced by issues easily found in the news.
