Pros
Great benefits if you actually make enough money to use them
Cons
The benefits offered are great but you can't afford to use them because your salary doesn't cover anything but bills (if that). HR doesn't care about people, only making sure they look good on sites like this one. You can make a lot less with an MBA or another advanced degree than someone who only has a high school degree. Not enough money to invest in savings, retirement, or any of their other plans. HR will lowball you as much as possible. You need an inside track or a friend who is in management to make a decent salary. The company has no problem spending money when they feel it is relevant, but are quick to plead poverty otherwise. They put up videos on YouTube for recruiting purposes but don't believe a word. It's all about statistics, not about investing in people.
