Pros

Exeter has a great career path in place for those that want to grow within the company. The schedules are decent and the pay is average for the Davis County area.

Cons

The leadership is terrible; White collar unprofessionals. At every company you will find cliques but nothing like Exeter. If you are not family or friends with the right people, your career with Exeter will be short lived. HR will protect their own and disregard any and all discriminatory concerns, workplace harassment, and/or concerns in general. For those of you thinking that Exeter is better than other places, think again. At other places you may not get fired for doing the right thing!
