Pros

Exeter isn't perfect, but what job is? They are constantly working to improve things. They listen to their employees. I believe that everything takes time, and I trust that it can only get better.

Cons

Growing pains stink- I am very optimistic though! Keep doing what you're doing! Be sure to listen to all employees without any judgement. Be loyal to those that are loyal to you.
