A good move for me - Marketing Exeter Finance Employee Review

I came to Exeter from a competitor and found a culture that fits me. The sterile, rigid, corporate feel in most big business environments is always a struggle for me, but Exeter has found a way to cultivate growth while at the same time leaving a small grassroots feeling culture intact. I have appreciated the improvements in work/life balance at this company of which I did not experience else where. There are several other positives, but these have stood out the most for me.
