Thanks for taking the time to comment. We’re happy to say Exeter is doing well as a company and is growing. That creates more opportunity for everyone and is a huge positive for our workforce. The other side of that growth, though, is that we do have growing pains. We need more people and more space and are taking steps to address both points. To help recruit top talent, we’re encouraging our team members to refer qualified candidates. Industry data and our own results show hiring people we know -- friends, family and former colleagues -- brings increased productivity and retention. To add more space, we have announced plans to move our headquarters. We’re relocating to another building with more than twice as much space as our current corporate offices this summer.
