Pros

There are no pros for this company.

Cons

1. The more you suck up to management the more opportunity you will receive. 2. Your manager will not stand up for you, whatever upper management tells them to do they do it even though it does not make sense, causes more issues and stress and causes more confusion than anything else. 3. The pay is is a joke and you have to threaten to leave in order to get even a small raise.
