Pros

No pros here. All new upper management has no finance experience. They have come from call centers and IT.

Cons

This used to be a great company. Now they are losing all their talent and all their revenue. Last year they closed the books having lost over 40 MILLION dollars as a company. They took away sensible schedules and cut employees pay by thousands a year. Currently they are heading towards a class action lawsuit due to closing many branches and not paying their employees. All front lines management cower in their desks afraid of the next cuts. Every Friday and Monday they fire and hire more employees. The CEO of the company sends out rude unprofessional emails to staff and belittles parents for staying home with their children on ice days. There is nothing left at this company for someone who wants to advance and build a career. I suggest moving to cap one or santander where they truly recognize and reward talented employees.

Pros

Low turnover. Management is great. PTO time.

Cons

Late hours. I’d prefer getting off a little earlier daily to allow time with my family.
