      Pros

      My fellow analysts were a pleasure to work with and we were truly a team. Most of the senior agents got along well and worked together well.

      Cons

      Poor pay in comparison to other companies in the industry, per agent. Bonus structure was lacking and accolades were more along the lines of paper with your name on it saying "great job." I got a ton of these and it never felt like I was ever really of any real value, even when I was crushing my numbers. It was NEVER worth being top analyst...for you.

      We are sorry to hear of your negative experiences while working at Exeter. Our Benefits team works hard to regularly evaluate compensation to ensure all employees are paid fairly. This includes conducting annual compensation reviews using market surveys, taking into consideration things such as experience, market changes, and location.       Low turnover. Management is great. PTO time.

      Late hours. I’d prefer getting off a little earlier daily to allow time with my family.
