We hate to hear that you had a negative experience while working at Exeter. It’s our goal to provide sufficient training and onboarding so our employees are equipped and confident in their roles. All new Servicing employees attend a two-week new hire training class followed by a nesting experience. Employees transitioning into a Loss Mitigation role attend a three-day transitional training course. We do adhere to clear service level standards to ensure effective customer service and call coverage; however, Operations employees also have schedule flexibility through Exeter’s generous breaks offerings (one hour of paid breaktime throughout the day, outside of a one-hour lunch break). Additionally, all employees enjoy generous PTO offerings to cover planned and unplanned time away. We appreciate your feedback, and we wish you the best of luck in your future endeavors.
